Thanks for the add. I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for all that you've done for me and for Tara. We've both gotten so much out of your teachings, both physically and psychologically. I'm glad that God brought us to you

Patrick

Shihan Steve & the KMMA team did it again! Krav camp was a truly outstanding experience. Students all received great individual and group training from a patient, dedicated and highly professional leadership team. From the newest recruit (who had 2 weeks of prior training) through to old "pros" with years of experience - we all got what was needed to take it to the next level ... and then some. BOTTOM LINE: If you are serious about training Krav Maga, whether as law enforcement, military or a concerned citizen / parent - then the immersive experience of KMMA Krav Camp needs to be on your agenda. So get on board for the next camp ... your life could depend on it. Finally, let's not forget the logistics support team who were phenomenal and made it all happen seamlessly. (Proper Prior Planning etc. etc.) Nice job all round guys!

JK

As a beginner one of the best things about Krav Camp is seeing how the foundational principles are incorporated in all levels of the Art. Being exposed to all levels of Krav allowed me to gain a better understanding of the importance of the fundamental concepts I am learning

Brett

Camp was great ! I learn most from watching You teach! Being on the sidelines can help I was open more As an observer . Thanks for the opportunity to assist With your students.

Krav Camp this year, as always, has found a way to be better than the last. This years new curriculum was what really set it apart for me. Learning the new curriculum made me find new things that I need to train and improve. Your teaching, along with the help of people like Matt, Steven, Ranger, and Deal, has helped me to grow as a fighter and as a person throughout the past 3 years. Attending Krav Camp twice every year not only helped my skills significantly, but was also just a ton of fun. I wanted to thank you for everything you've done for me. Without a doubt, coming to your dojo with my roommate Josh was one of the best decisions that I made since I started living in Tampa. I really feel like I have a second family here.

Brian

Krav Camp was AWESOME! I think it has been one of the most fun so far! You are such an amazing instructor! I really love the new curriculum. Thanks for letting me be a squad leader and I loved being able to help out more!

Julie

I want to first thank you for the time and effort you put into preparing and executing the camp for us. Summer camp was hot, intense, exhilarating and downright incredible. I used to coach football at Jesuit High School and we teach pride, poise and class. You school and camp epitomize all these qualities and then some.

Mental preparation in extreme conditions are some of the similar qualities you instill in athletes to prepare them for the worst case scenario on the field. You accomplished this at camp and applied this to real life scenarios. In a state of complete exhaustion you taught us to stay the course, focus and eliminate the threat. You taught me to control my breathing and heart rate and exhaust the necessary energy to neutralize the situation. I use these principals in everyday life now and is life changing.

Tim

Shihan Stephen Del Castillo has built a fantastic family of martial practitioners at Krav Maga Martial Arts. I'm wondering if I've seen a happier group of students. The energy level is high, the cardio is evenly paced, and the techniques (especially in the Krav Maga) are first rate. If you're looking for a family environment (with a healthy dose of friendly competition) be sure to check out KMMA in Lutz

I wanted to let you know what has been happening to Michael the past couple of years. While he has been growing in self esteem and confidence throughout the classes he attended at the dojo - for this I can not thank you enough - he has also been bullied at school for the past 2 years because he is not as smart as the other kids and has a processing problem. (This is why he seems lost when asked to perform tasks he is familiar with; he must work on understanding what is being asked before he can attempt it.) Many of the kids bullying him say they are blackbelts, he now knows they are not true blackbelts, evident through their behavior each day. When he passed the blackbelt test he was so overjoyed he cried! His words were simply, "I did it! I am so happy! I really passed!" He now has the confidence to try harder in school and, although what the kids say still hurts - a lot - he knows it will take more to defeat him. He has two families:those he lives with and those at KMMA. Thank you for offering the Bully Proof seminars this month. We will see you there!

God bless you and your family in all you do!!!

Im sore and its taking a lot of effort to type this lol. Tonight was a high energy and intense class. Classes like tonight are the reason I come 2-3 times a week, and will continue coming for a lomg, long time. I always get a great workout and have a great time!"

have been through defensive tactics and tactical operations training and neither were as aggressive or demanding as krav kamp.  I was literally pushed to the brink of passing out during my testing.  I walked away (barely) with a new appreciation and confidence about myself and what I can accomplish.  Krav Kamp is a great way to challenge one self, all the while learning practical techniques that could save your life or the life of someone else.  Thank you.

God Bless,

My daughter kaylie had a great time each week im shocked at her improvements that she shows in class and at home martial arts is such a big part in her life . Im still trying to get her into your leadership class on friday night I think that will help her a lot and give her a chance to meet new friends and help her become strong mentally and physically .thank you andyour staff for everything you do for all the kids

First: I would like to apologize for not being able to complete Krav Camp. After icing my right knee for several hours Saturday night, I
was only able to put about 30% of my weight on it and the stability of the joint was very questionable. Barely able to walk, I knew I could not participate in the training according to my standards of giving it 100%. I would also like to apologize for not being able to give the Saturday night training 100%. Although my knee injury played a role,  my poor conditioning and underestimating the rigors of Krav Maga, were  the major factors.

Second: I would like to thank you and your wonderfully professional staff for the excellent training I received on Saturday. I would also  like to thank your staff, and especially Jason, for taking the time to personally correct me for the numerous mistakes that I made. Their  input and guidance was greatly appreciated. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the wealth of valuable instruction.

Third: I have a new found respect for Krav Maga, it is the real deal! I also have a great deal of respect for you, your staff and your students. Krav is not your typical wimpy Martial Arts. In fact, I  would be hard pressed to call it an art. I think Martial Combat is a better term.

Last: After working on my conditioning and practicing what I learned  at camp, I hope to continue with your school and test for my yellow  belt. Looking forward to the future!

Sincerely (bowing)
Kevin Young

Again I have to thank you. I had a great time and learned so much. Training with Eyal was just icing on the cake. To train with the most senior Krav instructor in the world and be able to talk to him personally was truely a moment in my life I will remember.

Your friend,

Dave

Myles Friedland here. Hope you had a great summer. I just wanted to let you know that Dawson definitely wants to do the Warrior Camp in January, as he had a great experience at the last one. Also, Coleby would like to come down from Gainesville. I will be by next week to square up. Thanks for everything you do (and have done) for my kids, but more importantly, for everything you do for the community. My best wishes and G-dspeed to Matt. May he return to the safety of his loved ones in short order.

All the best,
myles

Shihan, I wanted to say "Thank you".. for a few reasons.. #1 would be the confidence that Ryan shows on a daily basis, no matter what he does, whether it is karate, school work, baseball etc.. He loves being at the dojo and really enjoys the fact that he is now in the "leadership program"... He is very excited about that -  he is already counting the days until the next testing...

The actual reason that I am sending you an email is for something that happened on Friday.. Ryan is there all day, since he is there for camp. Daily, he brings his PSP to karate, plays with it, shares it with the other kids and brings it home.  When I went into his karate bag last night I noticed that it wasn't there.  I asked him this morning where it was and if he remembered playing with it Friday at camp.  He said yes he played with it, but now didn't know where it was.  Well, as we all know... we had the big party on Friday night at the dojo - I would say there had to be what about 100-150 people there during the night, if not more.. I sat down with him and explained that there was probably very little chance that the PSP was still there with as many people as were in and out of the dojo that night.. He got very upset and I explained to him that his PSP was his responsibility and if he lost it there was nothing that I could do (it was a gift from his Aunt).  Well, to make a long story short, we get to karate this morning and sitting on the window sill, where he left it.. is his case.  I picked it up and I knew that the PSP was not in the case, so I assumed someone took the PSP and left the case.  The lady that you have there in the morning, I'm sorry I don't know her name,  couldn't believe that it was gone.. She looked in a few of the drawers, and by some amazing miracle.. there was his PSP!! Ryan's face lit up like a Christmas tree and he learned a hard but needed lesson.. put your things away when you are done playing with them.. I told him I was truly amazed that no one had taken it.. but then I had to think.. where are we and what do they work so hard to teach every student here.. HONESTY, INTEGRITY, DISCIPLINE and SELF CONTROL.. I just want to say THANK YOU for teaching all of your students these very important fundamentals - I'm sure it made a difference in the PSP being there and not being there.

Shihan, the kids had a great time today.  They were tickled pink that they got to help my husband tie my belt on.  I, personally, don't care when I get my belt, but it matters to them, so I'll be the only adult out there if need be to give them that.  Nice to have people want to show you off!

thanks for all you do to lift them up in class,

Heidi

I have actually wanted to email for a while.  My daughter Kayla is in Sensei Steven's Little Champions class on Tuesdays & Thursdays.  She's the one who is always concerned when Sensei Steven isn't there & then comes running up to excitedly tell me when he's back!!  From day one you and Sensei Steven were so helpful with Kayla.  She initially was afraid of how loud classes were.  You even took her in and sat her on your lap while she watched a class.  I appreciate the effort that everyone at Premier puts into their students, everyone is genuinely supportive and caring.

Sensei Steven is an amazing instructor.  He cares about each student and I have never seen him become frustrated, irritated, or upset with his students.  Whenever a student is not following his instruction or is creating a disruption he finds a way to redirect their attention or correct their behavior without insulting them, putting them down, or making them feel bad.  I wish I could make a video of how to treat and talk to children with encouragement, humor, and support the way Sensei Steven does and show it to so many of the parents I see in my practice.  He does not place unrealistic expectations on the children, or get upset if someone does not perform to the best of their ability.  He simply encourages them and gives each of them positive feedback.  Even when he's sick he still puts every ounce of energy he has left into his classes and students!

I just wanted to let you know I appreciate all of the hard work and effort Sensei Steven puts into his students.  Aside from the fact that my daughter is president of the Sensei Steven fan club!  I have seen such a change in her confidence levels, she is always eager to get to class, and I can often hear her voice above many of the other students now!

Thanks for everything!

Lea

I am writing to comment on my first full class and to inquire about a few things.

First, my first full class:

I attended the Saturday Morning class with Master Joeyand I must admit the energy, enthusiasm, camaraderie and high intensity workout all helped me reinforce that I received great value for what I paid for.  I realize that this was only my first class and so I am guarding my elation however, I still feel that this was the right decision and I would like to thank both of you gentlemen for helping me make, what I feel was, the right decision.

Mister/Master Steve, I thank you for taking the time to share your martial-arts journey, you have no idea how important that was in my assessment of Krav Maga.

Mister/Master Joey, I really want to thank you for your consummate professionalism in speaking with me and following up with me.  There are two types of sales people in my books, those who believe in what they sell and those who try to sell what they believe people want.  If you have not yet figured why you fall in my opinion, it's as the former of the two - you believe in what you are selling - and you allowed me to make my own evaluation.  Thanks again.

I am so sore from class, I didn't realize that I even had muscles in certain parts of my body.  Thanks for pairing me with Mr. George, he kept the pace honest which set the tone for me to keep up with him.  I appreciate it.

I sincerely hope that I would continue to learn and grow in Krav Maga with your help.

Thanks again,
(please do not feel the need to respond to this email or reciprocate comments, I'm a corporate trainer by trade and I just can't help but share feedback with people)

Sincerely,

David Gbesemete

I have been meaning to tell you how well Marcus has improved at his before care and at home with his behavior- it is like night and day- he still has an occasional meltdown I think the first was yesterday after class in over a week-
Realize you all are making a difference and he enjoys it so much
Thank you for all your time and energy as well as your staff
it is so appreciated

Michele

Now, on to more important things.........I have seen such improvement in Michael in the past few months I am thrilled! You have a great team of senseis instructing your students! When Michael's cousins were visiting last week they told us about their karate class in Minnesota. From what they said, I don't believe their instructor builds their self esteem as you do. That is so important in a growing child! I believe it helps them understand when and where their skills are to be used. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Dear Shihan,

I apologize in advance for the long length of this email, but with my  entire family involved with KMMA
, I have a lot to say.

Gary started taking Krav Maga at PMA in September of last year.  He  had been stressed out from his job and was looking for a positive  outlet, as well as something to get him in shape.  He had heard of  Krav before and had always wanted to try it.  Almost immediately, I  noticed a reduction in his stress level.  He was getting an awesome  workout, self-defense training and an outlet for stress all in one.  On nights when he was tired and thinking about skipping Krav, I  strongly encouraged him to go.  It seemed that the days he didn't  feel like going were the days he needed it the most.  He would come  home after class feeling much better than he did when he left.

By November, I was convinced that I needed to give it a try myself.   Mind you, I have had gym memberships that I rarely used, because even  with the best of intentions, I "hate" exercise and just couldn't make  myself go.  My first hour of Krav flew by so fast that I could hardly  believe it had been a workout at all.  My sore muscles the next day  told me otherwise.  I have continued to come when I can, and am  completely bummed out when I have a schedule conflict and cannot make  it.  I have dropped a couple of pounds, and though I have a "few"  more to go, I feel great about doing something about it.  It is a  great workout and the skills I am learning give me confidence and  boost my self esteem.  Even when I ran away during the "knife attack"  last week, nobody laughed at me, and you made the comment that it was  not unusual during your first "attack".  Of course I laughed at  myself, and others laughed with me, but I was never embarrassed by my  mistake, only more determined to keep training harder and get it  right next time.

Aaron and Dylan, in the Basic Training and Basic Little Champions  programs respectively, are having a blast.  Though at 5 years old  Dylan still struggles with focus and doesn't always want to come, he  always has fun once he gets there and is learning sportsmanship and  discipline.  The first time he played dragon tales and didn't win, he  cried and came to sit with me for the remainder of the class.  Last  week when he lost, he still got mad, but we managed to get him back  out on the floor to play again.  That is a huge improvement in my  book!  Aaron, at almost 8 years old, seems to have incredible focus,  loves Sansei Gabe, and is always eager to come to class.  He is  anxiously awaiting the day I tell him he can enroll in the black belt  program.

Again, I apologize for the lengthy email, but I thought you should  know how much we enjoy being a part of the PMA family!  Thank you!

Sincerely,
Jennifer Dixon

I want to thank you for all your hard work and for the team of instructors you have assembled.  Brandon absolutely loves his classes!  With his heart condition, I was concerned that we wouldn't be able to find any sports activities for him, but PMA has worked out great.  He's looking forward to the upcoming competitions.  Sensei Steven spent quite a bit of time working with Brandon and KJ on grappling last night and really was excellent with the kids.  We look forward to working more with him in the future.

One issue did come up last night that I would like to bring to your attention.  Once again, some of the music played last night in the dojo had explicit lyrics.  As soon as the senseis realized what was being said in the music, they stopped it and switched the CD, and I thanked them.  I'd like to suggest that either you ban CDs with explicit lyrics from the school or make sure that only kid-friendly music is available during the kids' classes. I know that this was an accident, but I hope you can do something to make sure this problem doesn't come up again.

We really appreciate you and your school.  Your senseis are excellent and seem to really enjoy the kids.  I'm so glad we signed Brandon up when we did.  He is really benefiting from the training.

Sincerely,

Donna Gunn

Stephen,

I'm excited about the challenges that you have put forth for yourself and for the UBT team. I am very proud to be on this team! Given this invitation, I will plan to turn up my regiment and work toward the Nidan goal that we have discussed. You have inspired me to become a better martial artist and I really appreciate the dedication and commitment that you have shown to teaching the arts and toward self improvement.

Best Regards To All,

Nelson Hurdle

I just want to take a moment to recognize the incredible commitment of your staff to the individuals at your school. Gabe, Matt, Amber, and Ron challenge our kids to achieve blackbelt excellence at the sacrifice of their own time and energy.

Sensei Amber took it upon herself to get up on Saturday mornings at the birth of dirt to provide a review class for the blackbelt candidates. She physically went through the curriculum and broke it up so that the entire thing was reviewed for the kids before the testing date. She also gave the candidates an idea of what they might expect as far as the testing protocol. That is huge! Thanks!

Sensei Matt (and Sensei Gabe) spent countless hours with my son at Saturday Sparring class teaching him sparring techniques that highlight his strengths, but have also strengthened his weaknesses.

When there was no one else to fight, Sensei Matt himself has jumped in the ring and pushed my son to the place where he has wanted to quit, but came out swinging harder. Matt made him face his worst fear which is "fear itself" and showed him that he can overcome!

Sensei Gabe is always open to "will you watch my kata one more time" and always finds something to make better. He has broken those forms down for those kids not just to their deep stances, perfect punches, and rechambered kicks... but honed in on specific hand and foot positioning with each and every move. I know katas aren't your favorite, but you sure are an awesome teacher!

And Sensei Ron.... resident Sensei Nazi and Sensei Nanny at the same time has committed to showing up extra during the day for the homeshcool timeslot (even over the summer when school is out) to continues to tell them the truth in love by shouting, "That was terrible, get back there and do it again!!!" All with my 18 month old daughter wrapped in his arms. My son also has the bruises on his shins to prove that he has sparred with "the blades of steel" and survived a better little martial artist for having had the teaching of Sensei Ron.

Thank you guys for caring so much and for making it so possible to be prepared for something this big. He's ready... Bring it Sir!!!

Sincerely,

Tami Carr

Shihan Steve

Thank you very much for helping Tara achieve a very important goal > yesterday! We were very impressed with the overall intense testing for her black belt testing. And, we are very proud of what Tara has been able to accomplish over a short span of 3 years! This program has allowed her to gain confidence, enhance her strength, improve focus, self discipline and many more qualities that will definitely help her throughout her life.

Once again, Thank you from the Prakash family.

The workouts in class have made me drop at least 7 pounds, probably more in fat and definitely some inches since we started in Jan--- I want to let you know how much Ryan and Ilike coming to the class. That 7 pounds is the difference on my recorded weight from my Oct 06 Doctor's visit to my visit on Monday. Just trying to show you my gratitude.:)! Seriously, you tailor the classes perfectly, you have the pulse down pat!

I love Martial Arts. I never knew how much until I signed my son up for the program. For over a year of sitting in the sideline, known to many as Tyler's mom, I have watched with enthusiasm, (sometimes too much) while confirmly believing that I would just live vicariously through Tyler. I figured I'm too old and the opportunity has passed me. I was not about to sign myself up to looking silly. Well, thank goodness for Misty (Madison's mom) for convincing me to join the UBBT Program with her. I figured, "hey, at least there will be two of us looking silly", although I kept that thought to myself. And that was October 7, 2006. Was I wrong! Since I first stepped foot on the mat, I have enjoyed each and every class I have taken. Under Shihan Steve's teaching, I have learned to shed the self conscious part of me and even if at times I felt foolish and awkward, it didn't matter because was having a blast! Shihan Steve is a generous teacher. He's only too happy to share what he knows, what he just learned himself and with his time. When he says he wants you to succeed in whatever endeavor you so choose, he sincerely means it and will even offer to help you get there. He's always sending positive messages through email (sometimes they come at 3:00 AM, I wonder if this man ever sleeps), and that's not even the Martial Arts part. The Saturday classes are awesome! Shihan teaches in a manner that will never leave you saying, "HUH?" He makes sure to explain and demonstrate thoroughly and still manage to make the classes exciting. I get giddy whenever I see a new throw down technique. Shihan Steve's dedication to the UBBT Program has surpassed my expectations. Since I have signed up, I have developed a new found confidence, and assertiveness that I apply in my everyday life. The health benefits for me is just the icing. I have met such genuinely nice people like Mike and Kelly, Dan, Nelson, George and of course Misty, whom I've never thanked for signing up with me (and for the record, she never once looked silly). My only regret is that I've waited so long to join the program. It is truly never too late. If you want to learn self defense, there's Krav Maga led by Shihan (I've met wonderful people in this class too, like Deal and Kim) or for a more traditional route, the Teen/Adult program, led by Sensei Matt, Sensei Gabe, and Sensei Zach, or try the Kick- Boxing class, led by Sensei Ron (just don't let the mustache distract you)- you really can't go wrong. -Nina Ricci Lumish (aka Tyler's Mom)

Dear Shihan Steve,

As a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do with 20 years of experience, I am proud to be a student of KMMA
. I have been with the school for three years now and wanted to write you to say... thank you!

As you know, before moving to Florida and finding your school I trained in several different styles. Your school was the perfect choice for me to continue my training. Not only did I continue learning new techniques, but you integrated and improved what I already knew. I have really enjoyed participating in different classes over the past three years. The variety of styles you offer, combined with your personal commitment to continual improvement, has kept me very satisfied as a long time student. Your school is also blessed with talented instructors and a friendly staff.

Recently, I have been focusing on training in the style of Krav Maga with you. In addition to being a great workout it has taught me things that would actually make a difference if the life of a loved one or myself was in danger. The training is fun and it is great meeting new people and making friends in class.

KMMA
is the ideal place to learn Martial Arts, become physically and mentally stronger, and to make new friends. Thank you for running such an incredible Martial Arts school!

Sincerely,

Shihan,

My two children Sam and Sophie attend KMMA
. The staff at Premier has been helpful, patient and in a word amazing. They believe in positive reinforcement and it is well received by my children. Both my children Sam and Sophie are doing well the staffs hands. I believe that a child should experience Karate at some time or another. For several reasons, they build confidence and self discipline. They also build skills that can be used later on in life not only in self defense but in other areas such as school and home. Finally they learn that it is ok not to win, it is that you have tried. My children have also made some friends that will hopefully become long lasting.

The best thing I ever did for my children was to bring them to KMMA
.

Thank you and the rest of the Premier Family,

Patricia Stewart

My family joined Damiyo Martial Arts in March of 2004. I say my family because even though my children are the only ones who are physically out there on the mat and participating, this has become a family way of life for us. Not only have my children learned very important life lessons; discipline, self-confidence and self-defense, I have learned some great parenting skills as well. I have three children that participate and prior to signing up looked forward to video games and cartoons. Nothing can pull them away from Karate three times a week! I have not seen this kind of enthusiasm in my children ever. If you are considering a great all around way to bring everyone together, well, you found it! Best of luck on your journey.

Classes are going good, my oldest in BBTC-Little Dragons and just LOVES Karate and I have been very happpy with her progress and how her classes are set up and I think that Sensai Steve does an excellent job with her and her group. My youngest daughter has just started trying out the BBTC class (moving up from regular little dragons). She is a little young but I am feeling that she will be less distracted and able to focus more (issues we work on with her) in BBTC setting; thinking she will rise to the challenge so to speak. So we will see, but Sensai Mike has been very good about helping me find the right place for her. My little guy (27 months) will be so ready when he finally gets the chance!! We are looking forward to some of the extra things you have planned.

Thanks, Kelly Downing

Dear Mr Del Castillo,

Thank you for all the support. From You, your Instructors, your students & your parents, The Daimyo Team is First Rate from top to bottom!!! Can't wait until next 2005!

Sincerely, David Sklar Executive Director, KICK/USA Co-Director, Disney Martial Arts Festival

Hey Shihan,

First, I would like to thank you for a great blackbelt testing. I thought you did a great job with the kids and the adults in pushing them to the limits both mentally and physically. I thought Luke performed very well (of course I might be a little jaded there ), he continues to amaze me and make me proud every day. I wanted to reach out and let you know how happy I am that you, Matt, Gabe, Amber, John, and anyone I have forgotten, are part of out lives, and are taking an active part in helping shape the people that Luke and Chase are going to become. There is an old proverb that says: It takes a whole village to raise a child.

Have a great night!! See you tomorrow at 4:30 do we need to be there early?

Thanks
Mike

Shihan Steve,

We would like to take a moment to thank you for helping us with our son Ian in April while he was heading down the wrong path academically, socially and his behavior at home was declining! Although it was difficult for me, your decision to not let him graduate to his next belt back in June (brown2) appeared to be a good decision. Ian has shown tremendous positive changes over the past 3 1/2 months. First, he made an immediate change in school finishing the 07' year with all A's & B's on his last report card. Then, he contributed a lot around the house with his daily chores and even spent 7 hours a day for over a week in the summer helping my husband and I build a wood deck in our back yard (with no complaints). Academically, this year in school he is maintaining pretty much straight A's and he is showing much more responsibility with his homework. Socially, Ian is doing better with finding ways to handle confrontation with his peers and being more respectful towards adults.
Thank you again for all of the positive influences you and the Sensei's instill in the students at KMMA
!

Greatly appreciated,

Crystal & Michael Brace

Arlan is really enjoying class. I am also very happy about the way you and your staff work with the children. I know you have to have a lot of patience and sternness (if that's a word) in order to teach and receive respect from children. I know I couldn't do it myself. I can see that most of the kids have a great deal of respect for you guys and the few that don't will eventually with the instructors wonderful teachings. Well have a great night and we'll probably see ya tomorrow. Sincerely, Jana Hasiak

Hey Shihan...just wanted to let you know everything is awesome on this end! We are loving the way karate has so positively affected Nico's life and we feel very fortunate that he has found his niche, love and passion in this sport. I think you know by now that I strongly feel "it takes a village" and I am so extremely lucky and proud that you and PMA are part of our village.

God Bless,
Sarah

Thank you Steve for the wonderful experience you have allowed my family. The kids have benefited in so many ways [self confidence, discipline, physical and mental strength to name but a few] thru the excellent training they have received from your organization. It has been and continues to be a blessing in our lives.
God bless you my brother.

Personally, we couldn't be happier with the service we receive from PMA. Your team is superb.
I think Steven is absolutely wonderful with all of the children. I tell everyone we meet how amazing
your studio is and how much I feel it is helping to shape my son's strength and character. Keep
up the great work!!!

Best,

Shihan, Just wanted to extend a few comments about Krav warrior weekend. First of all, I wanted to thank you and all the other guys that put the weekend together- Everyone did an outstanding job. I thought Krav camp was AWESOME ! To be in that kind of atmosphere with a great group of martial artists (warriors) made it impossible not to have a great time. Just like being a “black belt”, the training part(fighting) of the weekend was just a percentage of the benefit. It is really cool to see everyone from different backgrounds, ages, ability etc. really step up and work together to be the best that they can be. It is good to know that I train and are friends with a group that I would trust in battle. When I had left you asked me” if I got enough from it”. After reflection, I did and much more………Thanks to all my brothers !

Best in Life,

Michael Downing
